Every image on Photofolio is licensed royalty-free: pay once, use it as many times as you like within the terms below, for as long as you like, anywhere in the world.
Standard licence — included with every purchase
Websites, blogs and social media; digital and print advertising; presentations, reports and internal documents; editorial use; print runs up to 500,000 copies; video productions with a budget under £10,000; packaging up to 500,000 units.
Not permitted: products for resale where the image is the main value (prints, posters, mugs, t-shirts, templates), use in logos or trademarks, defamatory or misleading use, and redistributing the file itself.
Extended licence — on request
Covers merchandise and products for resale, unlimited print runs, unlimited video budgets, and multi-seat or multi-client agency use. Email support@photofolio.co.uk with the image ID (shown on every image page) and we will send a quote.
Editorial-only images
Images marked “editorial use only” have no model or property release on file. They may be used to illustrate news, commentary and educational content, but not in advertising or promotional material.
Credits
Standard collection images cost 1 credit; Premium collection images cost 3 credits. Credits from packs never expire. Subscription allowances are added to your wallet each month and roll over while your subscription is active.
