2. Accounts
You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Licences
Images are licensed, not sold, under the Standard licence (or an Extended licence where purchased) described on our Licence information page.
4. Credits and subscriptions
Credits are added to your wallet on payment and are non-refundable once used. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from My Account; unused allowance rolls over while the subscription is active.
5. Contributors
Contributors warrant that they own the rights to submitted images and hold any necessary releases. Contributors receive 65% of net licence fees.
6. Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
